Sa wakas, nakapanood na ko sa IMAX Theater sa SM Mall of Asia (kung saan bawal maligaw). Ang pinanood ko, isa pang sa wakas, Superman Returns.
Wow, ibang klase.
Ang laki ng moviescreen. Sabi ng voice-over, "eight storeys high" daw, pero hindi ako naniwala. Two storeys high lang ang SM Mall of Asia e. Pero hindi na ako nag-effort magreklamo. Hindi rin naman ako maririnig ni Voice-Over.
Nang magsimula na ang trailer para sa T-Rex: Age of Crutaceous, buti na lang hindi na ako nagreklamo sa eight storeys. Kahit marinig pa ako ni Voice-Over.

Nang sinuot ko na ang 3D glasses, wow, nabuhay ang nasa screen. Hindi parang pelikula lang. Parang nasa harap mo na talaga. Parang totoo.
Parang totoo, na nung lumipad si Superman, may mga batang pilit siyang inaabot. Parang two feet away lang.
Parang totoo, na nung nag-pa-practice si batang Clark Kent lumipad, parang andun ka lang katabi niya.
Parang totoo, na nung binuka na ng hinayupak na T-Rex ang kanyang hinayupak na bunganga sa trailer ng T-Rex, parang huling araw mo na sa Earth.
Wag mo akong pagtawanan kung umilag ako nang OA. Nanigurado lang.

Mr. Henry Sy, salamat na "eight storeys high lang" ang screen ng IMAX Theater. Hindi ko na kaya na mas malaki pa sa eight storeys ang hinayupak na T-Rex na yun
Pero kung si Johnny Depp, sige,kahit 12 storeys high. Wag lang bilang dinosaur.

In fairness sa Superman Returns, nagustuhan ko, kahit hindi ako superhero movie fan. Nagustuhan ko ang pagka-direk. Nagustuhan ko ang mga shots na ginamit. Nagustuhan ko ang musical score.
Sayang nga lang na halos 15 minutes lang ang 3D parts ng pelikula.
Sabagay, kung nag-uusap lang naman si Lois Lane at ang kanyang boss ang sequence, hindi na kailangang i-3D pa.
Unless mag-special apperance si hinayupak na T-Rex.
Bad suggestion. Nawa ay hindi ako narinig ni Voice-Over.

Isa ako sa labis na naka-miss kay Rachel Greene sa Friends. Kaya ko rin siguro pinanood talaga ang The Break-Up starring Jennifer Aniston. Na parang si Rachel Greene pa rin.
Ang ganda. Ang gaan. Hindi na kailangang mag-isip. (Ipaubaya na yun sa totoong buhay.)
Nga lang, yung ending, hindi ko masyadong nagustuhan. Pangalawang version pala yun ng ending dahil mababa ang ratings na ibinigay ng test audience sa original ending.
Sayang, mas gusto ko pa naman yung original ending. Tipong mas mahaba pa dapat ang ngiti ko e, tapos biglang, ay.
The point is, napangiti pa rin ako.
